Actually, you'll find the distinction is clear on both sides, so the 'Welsh Robin Hood' is a fair statement in that sense :3 Wales has a separate indentity to England. It has its own boundaries, one that does not equate to a county/regional divide (each country has its own further regional divides like in your example). We are all part of the same Kingdom, but we're still seperate countries within it. I suppose it's a strange concept to a non-Brit, especially since the UK is so small. Not to say that I'm at all offended, but just to clarify it for you. :3 |
