The best word to describe Kojiro's physical appearance is "bishi". I can't think of any other words. He only bothered me because of his fetish to butcher people and "feed his sword" (see WO2). His ending made it seem that he was in a daze, and that killing Musashi caused reality to come rushing in and hit the SOB with the hard truth: Musashi's not coming back.

Hanzo could probably tone down on the "darkness and shadow" repetition, as I'm sure there's no way in hell that ninjas continuously talk like that >_>

I like Musashi's determination to prove that swords can also protect people, not just kill them in gruesome ways (*points to Kojiro*).
