(from KW) Well, I have 2 accounts, playing all 3 servers, so I have a total of 18 characters. However, after a massive survey... Most foreigner players go to 廬山 - Lu Shan Server. 	My First Signature in KW... This is the best internet speed (to connect a Japanese Server) that I can get... Connect to JP Server = 175 ms - 198 ms at this speed. However, at night in USA, my internet never get this good speed...
