Each MS have up to 4 learnable skills with different percentages that will increase as the pilot's level is higher. For a list of learnable skills sorted by MS, they will be available in the MS Analysis section. Also, note that initially the chance of learning the 4th skill is 0% no matter what you do, but once the pilot reaches level 26, the 4th skill will be available to learn.
