Then you need to have the highest level of trust Kamille, after two missions with the AEUG, I got the letter from Kamille "ロザミアを探して", after reading it unlocks the friendship mission "悪魔のマシン". Upon Clearing gives another terminal message from Kamille and unlocks Rosamia
