Finally I got to the point of unlocking Rosamia,
First of all you need to do the AEUG missions, the exact condition I am still not very sure but with Emma I was able to get the letter from Londo Bell quite qickly. Then you need to have the highest level of trust Kamille, after two missions with the AEUG, I got the letter from Kamille "ロザミアを探して", after reading it unlocks the friendship mission "悪魔のマシン". Upon Clearing gives another terminal message from Kamille and unlocks Rosamia
