Good news, in case anyone still cares. The second program works with the english version. I managed to unlock all the characters and stages. Now I don't have to go through a bunch of bs just to play the characters and stages I like  I'll let you guys know if the character modification still works. Most of the pictures in this guide are gone and that Chinese site that the hacks come from don't allow the use of any site translators anymore so it's gonna be a pain in the ass.
