My first character having the 4th weapon was Orochi, I got it on chapter 5 Hard Mode (since I played the whole Story Modes in Hard) For 4th weapon's farming: SW1- Chaos difficulty and 10+ Karma, then played with any character with a decent level to collect both Exp, Proficiency and 4th weapons. |
