If it's a unique quote, then the order would not change depending on who you play as. For example in Kai & Hayato's CSP quote, it should be the same order no matter if you're playing as which of them. But hmm.... I've heard reports from the JP wiki that they omit the unique CSP quotes from the PS2 version, so I'm afraid you'll be out of luck again... (Perhaps because there's no more space in the disc? Well if that's the case I might be convinced too that there won't be JP voice option in US PS2 version)
