We're drowning in information and starving for knowledge Posts: 174 Group: Members Member #17,622 Joined: August 18, 2008	What I've noticed is that they gain experience merely by using skills, 'Strafe Arrow' is a particularly good one, though they always seem to fire to the left side so it took me a while to get used to. I've moved on to building up chariots and camels, and finishing hallberds, so I haven't brought them much above 19 (the minimum to get them to max Research), but my problem is just finding them. Is there an easy option besides constantly hiring Mongolian Bowmen recruits? I don't recall every seeing them on a battlefield.
