Charge attacks with this thing are amazing, the first few are great for plunging into those annoying zakos who tend to hang around and encircle you thanks to their huge dash range. Plus, he literally fires his legs at people in a kick, and that's hilarious and awesome. And Usso is a fairly strong pilot stat-wise, up at or near Amuro's level if I remember correctly.
