Thats like saying you could sue for something like Total War: Medevil. Just cuz there a game called Medevil. Its not the exact title I'm 100% sure that Onimusha is trademarked by Capcom. The copyright laws are different though in Asia, but I'm sure Capcom would take some legal action against KOEI if they ever did that.
