I'd recommend that you sell whatever artworks (jars, paintings), and pennons that you can find (the only ones I consider useful are Own Squad Attack Up and Enemy Squad Defense Down), and spend most of your money on armor for yourself. The only special items you don't want to sell immediately are the gems, but those aren't until 2-3 stars and you won't finish until 4 stars. Supposedly the weapons/shields increase the stats of your squad, but to be honest I haven't seen any difference. Keeping your own mercenary alive is more important than casualties - the game doesn't penalize you even if you completely burn through a dozen friendly squads (which I've done).
i wasn't really sure what to do with those as i was wondering if they were of any significance to the game besides just small things to be sold at a cheap price. Good thing i sold them then. thanks and 100 hours plus? geez that's pretty crazy. thanks this is a really big help
