It would also be interesting to see how Koei handles the open mindedness of Nobunaga and the closed mindedness of Hideyoshi and Tokugawa. My guess is they would ignore both. I'd say you are right. KOEI tends to avoid anything that could be too touchy. Just look at Gracia. Having the onl;y Christian out of the cast do magic, you know that isn't exactly the best idea if her story was going to be focused around what she is really famous for.
