The kingdoms aside from Wei, Wu, Shu and Lu Bu, would also become Yuan Shao, Liu Biao/ Liu Zhang and Ma Teng. New special abilities, like cutting down forests to plains (Panel changes to form an advantage for you, or disadvantage for the opponent). And perhaps new sorts of troops, or flexibility in troops.
