(( Example, normally Pike is strong against Spear. If you have Spear Mastery general using Spears, you ignore the penalty if the enemy uses Pikes against you )) Fear - Chance to cause enemy unit to flee when using normal attacks. Reckless - Tactics use 50% less Will but have reduced damage. (( Only affects damage, not other effects of the skill such as confusing, setting ground on fire, forcing duel.. )) Inventor - Less time used to Research.
