note that minovsky also decreases the chance of getting a power down/overheat status from enemy attacks(the random one,not the one you get by losing a clash or SP attacks like psyco MKII) so its a lot more useful than you think,it's lv10 not for nothing you know..... but yeah,its more of a choice too,i'm just suggesting stuff here as the topic title says... |
