Sergeant Posts: 22 Group: Members Member #16,332 Joined: June 24, 2008	Now here's an odd find. I do believe I found the character used as the inspiration for Orochi. The Count from Gankutsuou, Count of Monte-Cristo. I've yet to see the actual animated adaptation of the series. But from what I've learned, it was released before Warriors Orochi (2003 - 2004). And the Count bears a stunning resemblance to Orochi. Shave the beard, give him some tattoos and mess with his hair a bit (put it in a ponytail and dye it black) and you have Orochi. Am I saying KOEI ripped off the Count? No. What I'm saying is that it's not impossible that he was an inspiration for Orochi's look. It seems rather likely.
