Sima Yi(This one was really good), Zhen Ji, Xiao Qiao, and Da Qiao. There may have been more, but I didn't spot any. Not a single SW costume seen. Eh, maybe it's also because KOEI costumes aren't easy to make, usually, especially those with armour parts. In fact, those you saw at Fanime 2009 are mainly made of fabric.
