Also in regards to Katsuie and Kojiro as bodyguards achievements they will have changed with you having downloaded the XL content. Now to get them you simply need to buy the 2 new unique bodyguards from the shop (there expensive) and then reach level 65 of the Survival tower and both achievements should unlock.
