It can't be an artwork. It must be a screenshot from the either DW6 or DW6: Empires. Movie cutscenes work too, but no renders or artworks. You can't alter the screenshot either, but you can add a black box underneath it and write your caption or just put it on the form.

Must be full name. Names won't be revealed to public or anyone else.
