I remembered about reading that today as I was playing. I've yet to unlock it myself. What I'm saying is that there doesn't seem to be any concrete way of gaining EXP and money quickly. No ways of exploiting anywho. Everything seems to be smoother in multiplayer (quicker missions, experience and money.) But that's 0-10% of the population I believe.
