I guess they are going to try to gain some more popularity with TECMO in their name. It doesnt exactly say that anywhere. And throughout that entire article they keep saying Tecmo Koei Holdings, in which that is wrong. I mean it looks like the way you say it, but they could just have it mixed around as they have it mixed with the main. "A new tentatively named Tecmo Koei America Corporation will be formed as a direct subsidiary to Tecmo Koei Holdings" the bold, they are talking about Japan, which is Koei Tecmo, not the way they put it.
