I don't really think he'll be in the game but he could be a special NPC. I want more non-central Japan character like Sorin and Dosetsu because I don't want SW3 to be to focus on Nobunaga (cause Nobunaga was running wild in central Japan). But characters like Sandayu Momochi or Junkei Tsutsui would be okay.
