Just WHY do we have Kuzegawa in SW2? It was a tiny skirmish that amounted to nothing actually happening. Why do we get this junk copy stage instead of one that actually mattered, like the Battle of Gifu Castle or Siege of Fushimi Castle? I would say because this is the only other opportunity where the East vs. West battle could play out. Since SW2 is based around Sekigahara the main perk of the story is people siding with one side or the other, and historically it all really did end after one battle. So why not pad it?
