There is a mobile version of ROT3K. (For phones compatible with Java, I think it's a .Jar file, or .Jav, something.) Me, being an idiot in both translating and in programming, I can be the project leader(and part-time cheerleader.). And we need some on the Psp aswell. I'm thinking ports of RTK9 and RTK10 for the psp. And Zhao Yun is already overrated enough, you don't need to overrate his intelligence too. I'd give Zhang Liao and Yue Jin higher LDR/WAR/INT though. Liao's at a 96/95/80 and Jin's at 90/89/71 or so.
