CHR: 68 / 60 Well, Zhou Tai did have some governing experience, since he was made Controller of Ruxu, and was able to win the approval of his subordinates like Zhu Ran and Xu Sheng by recounting his former battles. KOEI's stats can be pretty horrible at times, which is why I love the stat editor in the PUK versions. Upset that Guan Yu has better LDR than Yu Jin? Not a problem. I'm aware of that. And I think that's it's Sun Quan and that banquet thing that made him win the approval of his subordinates, the ones that were unhappy with serving under Tai, who was a former pirate. Sun Quan had him take off some of his clothing(In a non kinky matter..OR IS IT?) and when they saw the scars the got from saving Sun Quan's bearded hide many times, they approved. hence the boost in Charisma and Leadership. But really dude. Imagine Zhou Tai handling domestic affairs, it just isn't right. It's like calling someone like Lu Bu a genius, or someone like Huang Hao the "best mind under heaven" and so on. That's just my opinion anyway. Speaking of the PUK version, I didn't know that there was an English PC PUK version ;_;.
