My favourite Samurai Warriors male, eh? I would've said Nagamasa if you asked me this question a while ago but it has since changed. Now it would be a toss up between Shingen and Hanzo. Shingen because of his witty personality and decent moveset that I found relatively easy to control. He was great in both SW1 and 2 even though there were distinct differences (I prefer the SW1 version though, he seemed more imposing and formidable). I like juggling enemies with his C1 and sending them flying with his C3 (even though it doesn't do much damage). He needs someone else playable by his side besides Yukimura. Hanzo because he's a pure enigma in SW1. Especially with his alternate costume. His fighting style is very quick and very fluid and allows the use of rapid consecutive combos (even if one leaves him open). Coupled with his awesome VA, he is everything a ninja should be. I didn't care for him too much in SW1 because while he may have had a better overall design, he was very watered down in terms of story and personality. There was no depth. Honourable mention to Mitsuhide for being all kinds of awesome! |
