All of them have good defensive resources: Power Class have autoguard, Speed chars with jump cancel and Tech having counter. But when it comes to offense, i think Tech characters have advantage, as the move executed with r1 usually is faster and powerful (hmmm, like Dian Wei C3 with R1)...
