Even though the writer is an expert and knows what he's talking about, it doesn't necessarily mean he's right about everything. Like, he may say that Zhang Jiao sucks on Chaos mode but I'm sure there's at least one player who thinks he's better than Lu Bu. Tier lists are just bunch of opinions and while they have good points, you shouldn't allow them to affect your opinions.
