just saw it, he wasn't that bad as Batman

but Bale was better

I think the film was good but not as excellent as Nolan's ones
You liked Batman with a lisp? Christian Bale was the worst batman imo.
... have you even seen any other Batman films? The only one who even stands any sort of chance against Bale is Keaton, and even he wasn't that good. West was goofy, and Kilmer and Clooney were just terrible. Affleck was ok, but nowhere near as good as Bale. Honestly I really fail to see how anyone can prefer Kilmer or Clooney over Bale as Batman.

Bale is almost universally regarded as the best Batman and I can see why.

I have seen all of the Batman movies. Bale is the worst Batman, with the fortune of acting in the three most immersive Batman films, imo. I still prefer the older movies, though.

For example, Ledger did a great job as the Joker in the Dark Knight, and the movie was okay. But I'd rather watch the the old one with Michael Keaton and Jack Nicholson as the Joker.

Also, Val Kilmer wasn't terrible, he was...different.

Most people really like the movies, but I've heard more people criticise than praise Bale

Really? I've heard most people say he's the best

coz the previous ones didn't really set the bar high anyway  ANYTHING was better than those two abominations in Batman Forever and Batman & Robin, gosh those films were terrible btw

Even after seeing Batman vs Superman I can still safely say Nolan's trilogy is much better than any other Batman films so far

Mask of the Phantasm (the animated film) is almost as good as Nolan's trilogy, though

I can't say anything about the older films. Never seen them said as a comparison either, so it's possible he's the best movie Batman in a lot of peoples opinions as far as I know.

I just know people dislike how he does the Batman voice and stuff :asia:
Still could prefer him to the other movies if they are so bad though

I agree with this, but it doesn't really bother me. I think he's just trying to disguise his voice so that people won't recognize him or associate him with Bruce Wayne by that.

Eh, I grew up with Keaton/Nicholson and the Tim Burton Batman films. They were great at the time, still LOADS better than Forever/Robin ... Overall though, I still love the Nolan trilogy more so than the older ones.

As far as acting goes, they each have their place. I like Bale. Do I like him more than Keaton? Probably, but largely because I like his films better :asia:

Its kinda like that with the James Bond series of movies too, but that's a different topic :ph43r:

I did see Keaton as well in the 90's days when I was something like 4 years old. I liked him. But I didn't like the others.

But when Begins came out in 2005. I was 9~10 years old. And i really LOVED that movie the most and really liked Bale as Batman.

Burton's films were pretty good, I really liked Nicholson as Joker and DeVito as Penguin wasn't bad either. These films have really good soundtrack

I think Keaton was good as Batman, but only mediocre as Bruce Wayne.

Funny thing is, I didn't even know about Batman Begins until well after it was made and had already left theaters. I didn't see it or hear about it until around the time it was released on DVD.

Ended up being one of my favorite movies of all :ph43r:
