This Knight reminds me of Tadakatsu for some reason

He's a giant fast knight. Annf his footsteps are a big guy footsteps with armor noises. And when he comes at you running he looks like he's gonna beat the hell out og you (and he does) :P

He looks like Tadakatsu in SW2.

They should make Tadakatsu as powerful as that knight in SW5 :tonbogiri:

Nioh seems pretty fun, beat both Demo levels now :ph43r:

It's really punishing, that's for sure. No reliable dodge like the Souls games, so took some getting used to

Hmmm ... Wonder how I'll fare in my playthrough

Expect a very brutal start if nothing else :asia:

Like Souls can see the people who have died in places 'blood stains', although in Nioh can challenge their Revenants to try and get their gear, but see them all over the place even on the first enemy :P

First enemy should be alright probably, but very easy to die til you figure out what the game's wanting from you

I'm used to dying repeatedly thanks to Uncharted, so no worries there

The deaths here will just be a bit more violent :ph43r:

Well it takes the Dark Souls "Prepare to Die" mentality for sure, so that's good :asia:

I'll just have to embrace that mentality as a stranger to Souls games :P

The advantage you'll have in Nioh compared to if you played Souls is that they seem to be separated into isolated levels, not a big overarching world like the Dark Souls series.

Just make sure to unlock any shortcuts you find, because you'll be seeing a lot of the same respawn shrines :asia:

Hope you enjoy, it will take some getting used to I'm sure though, with 3-4 stances for 3 different weapon types certainly quite daunting to try and figure it out properly

What I really liked about NIOH you can buy skills. And the gameplay is really really fun. I like the stance too.

Yeah, can't go wrong with a good rocket launcher :ph43r:

And if I remember right some of the S6 students (seniors I guess in your terms) snuck it away on the system, and then the information spread through the students :P

Also had some Emulators on there and some roms for them, played quite a bit of the Nintendo 64 emulator on there too

Also, more for LDW since he's played DkS3, dunno if you'd care rival, but I love watching trolling videos for the Souls games

If you haven't before, should go destroy the bridge and try and interact with the end of it once it's fully stopped falling, may find a secret
