Been going through that soundtrack now, I forgot it was so rocking
Going to be listening to that for a while

Always did like me some Harkonnen. Enjoyed Dune 2000 more gameplay wise though.

Tribute To Evil and Not an Option are probably my favorite tracks, loved how they got three different composers with different styles to give each faction a unique feel :ph43r:

Yeah, I never knew that back when I played it, but that is a really nice touch :ph43r:

When thinking of what female weapon she could get from previous games that haven't been shown as removed already, I think the Chakrams are one of the best calls outside of her own past weapons to be fair.
I think the dagger-axe would've perhaps been the best alternative, but I do have a feeling that won't be returning either sadly.

i think there's not really much to think about since she already had two weapons that fitted her to a T, especially the piercers, i honestly thought those were somewhat safe since they were an actual chinese weapon

i know it's just Koei being Koei but siiiigh :kurokan:

Guan Yinping should just get the club now that triple+ clones are confirmed :beard:

I've noticed the same what LDW said, I play video games less too these days

I feel like I have better things to do. And I don't really have as much spare time as I used to.

Maybe that's just what happens when you grow older :asia:
Pretty much this ^^

I still want to play them, I still buy them, but there's just better things to do these days

And no time :asia:
I remember back when I was on IGN/GameInformer like, twice an hour. Going to Gamestop once or twice a week just to window shop.

I haven't been on IGN in 2017, and I checked Game Informer for the first time yesterday to check out that Shadow of War cover. These days, I walk into GameStop and am surprised by how many games have come out since last I checked. There's a Knack 2? hahaha

I've become more of a social (in my house) gamer. Horizon Zero Dawn is an amazing game, but I never have the energy to play it. On the other hand, playing Drunken Spelunky with my friend a few nights back was one of the most fun times I've had playing games in recent memory.

These days, videogames are a chore. I feel obligated to play them just because I talked myself into investing in a console/games. Can't really remember the last time I truly enjoyed a gaming experience...

Think it was those months surrounding Witcher 3 and MGSV.

i understand the feeling of being obligated by your own investments, i do, however, have genuine fun when i half-force myself to play a certain game i bought and then backlogged, i mean, i wanted to play it in the first place and it's not its fault my time management is ass

same with the social gaming aspect, my best friend is another gamer and we have similiar taste in games so we always have a lot of fun, then there's this other friend i play Smite with on a sort-of regular basis

Yeah, that's one that's easy to understand for sure.

Pick up a game, but end up not feeling like playing it really? Perhaps doesn't interest you as much as you thought it did? Well doesn't matter, spent the money on it, better get my time out of it :asia:

Too bad he's the one revealing there are triple clones, and he's a clone of another Jin character :kurokan:

Well again, I still want to think they'll pull a DW5 and have different 'charge attacks', but with 3 to a weapon I have less hope for that than I did with 2

Feels like there are hardly any different weapons with all the clone ones. What is the point in switch weapons if there are only ten to choose from?

Well weapon switch is very reduced in usage compared to 7 and 8 anyway, since you can only carry 1 weapon now regardless

Basically unless you actively dislike a weapon hardly a point to switch :P

Well, I don't care for the club, so I'd use it for that, but otherwise I would probably just stick with the original weapon like I do with DW8.

I'm hoping the club is improved with the new system, because it's never been that enjoyable to me

I hope the same with the greatsword as well, I like Guan Ping, but haven't enjoyed playing him for 2 installments because of that thing.

No, I can't think of a single game where the club was fun for me. It would be nice if they did some improvements but I wouldn't know what would make it better, honestly.

The great sword was okay for me, it wasn't the most fun weapon to play but I didn't dread playing with it. Honestly can't remember the moveset, so it must not have been that memorable.

I still miss Guan Ping's DW5 greatsword, that thing was a fun greatsword :asia:

Yeah, DW5 had some pretty good movesets and weapons I miss. It was nice that they brought some back in DW7-DW8 at least but they aren't quite the same.

I'm wondering with the triple clones if only one character will have unique combos and the other two just have basic ones. Would seem like a big wish that each one had something that was different, but I imagine the musou attacks will be unique for each character.
