Very funny. I'm serious. It came as a surprise to my friend Dan when he tried naming a create-a-character Zhuge Dan. It said he already existed in the game. |

Of course, Zhuge Liang was a great strategist, without him the shu will be buried by Cao Cao for a long time. Yue ying, his wife, help him so much but no one really know what she did because there is no writing on it. To my part, Zhuge Liang is a very clever person but another question... What will be the world if Zhuge Liang was born now on 2006 ? |

Comparing the novel descriptions of his character to the ones in history, I wonder if this guy was really all that... As for Shu's fate, they still got buried under whatever left off Cao's legacy anyway in the end, so his presence merely delayed that. |

What would be now? Well, I think we wouldn't care, seeing as if Zhuge Liang would be born now, he wouldn't have the history he has now and thus wouldn't be all that special. Also, in those 1800 years, people have grown a lot more intelligent, so he wouldn't be that spectacular anymore. I think he'd be a pretty/very smart guy, but nothing really special. Or he would be a meteorologist. Y'know... With summoning winds and such. That reminds me... Zhou Yu: "Southeastern winds? Zhuge Liang, he is.... A meteorologist!" |

I just had a vision of a Three Kingdoms Newscast with Sun Quan and Liu Bei as anchormen, Lu Bu as the sports guy, Cao Cao as the political analyst, and Zhuge Liang as the weather man. |

As I see it, he would absorb the knowledge of this world just as well as he did historically. I'd think he'd become a politician. Plus, with additional writings out on practically everything, he may become even smarter. |

Zhuge Liang is so freaking smart and I wish he did not die in Wu Zang Plains. I think the shu would have restored the Han if that were to happen. |

zhuge more old than lu xun and, see zhuge cried after burned wu tugu's force he knew he'll died soon, lu xun may be he just laughed after burned liu bei's troops, but i think the way zhuge burned wu tugu's more cruel than lu  |

There's no mention of the burning in Zhuge's bio. It mentions the campaign, leaving room for doubt, but it doesn't mention the burning. Also, he died nearly a decade after the campaign; I doubt the burning, even if it did happen, shortened his life. |

Not really in my opinion. To me he seemed like an average commander and general. I feel that Cao Cao, Sima Yi and several others were much better than Zhuge Liang both in planning tactics and commanding wars. Zhuge Liang was decent but not invincible or even incredibe necessarily... |

Actually, I define strategy as the general plan and tactics as how the plan is achieved. You said youreself that he was a good warlord. He was able to take Liu Bei from Xin Ye to all of Shu. That's pretty impressive. I don't argue about him being a decent, rather than excellent, tactician, though. |

Not really. Pang Tong and other people were responsible for helping Liu Bei strengthen the army. Liu Bei himself was probably more responsible for "taking himself from Xin Ye to Shu" than Zhuge Liang. |
