A futuristic sci fi 3 person shooter (you can use close combat weapons as well) where you play as Sho, a human alien hybrid, to save humanity from the Menace. The game is mission based, where you get a few stages and you complete missions, including rescues, activating some random machine thingy, irradicating a boss, and among others. You do gain experience and level up like DW/SW.

As for a third one well you already answered your own question in essence, it would be a third game to the series something fans would want. Not only that the characters could have more deep backgrounds & Maybe even Sho could have a darker past than previously explained......making a two player story mode would be cool. Anywho i take it you didn't really like CS2 much...................

Dynasty Warriors 3 is spectacular. I was expecting more out of Crimson Sea 2 then I got, which was a bit disappointing. The graphics and fighting are good, but I got quite confused between missions, I suppose I will like it more when I play it more, but at the moment it doesn't seem to be too brilliant, but a fun(ish) game to play. Knowing Koei, they should try to up the graphics for Crimson Sea 3, maybe add a new mode, or a party game thing, perhaps even tweak with the attack movesets, to make them more deadly and more brutal. I would like them to make the aim to be better, I found it rather annoying when I locked onto a monster, then when he went behind a crate, my person automatically locked onto another monster, or just magically not locked onto anything, it just got rather annoying for me. I have no idea what Crimson Sea 1 was like, but I'm sure it was pretty good, I don't know how the changes from Crimson Sea 1 were to Crimson Sea 2, so really what could they add to Crimson Sea 3? Maybe as you said, more background story, deeper in-depth characters could make it a better game. I just hope they make it less confusing.

After days not able to register, I finally made it here and I would like to comment about the game. Yes, it does still need some work on the gameplay, but the graphics are wonderful to and the music is great to listen(thank you Yoshihiro Ike, the guy who gave you Blood: The Last Vampire and Karas). I've even got the tracks on my MP3 player! XD Anyway, as for the storyline, yeah, I wish it could have explpained more fully, as I'm still confused on Sho's past and his involvment on how he started as a lab rat when he was young. Though, have you people ever noticed about Sho's romantic issues in the past before Shami? I laughed in one cut scene in Crimson Sea when Yangqin brought up the subject and Sho quickly denies it. No wonder so many women rejected him.
	Sometimes, even 'Objection!' doesn't limit to the Defense Attorneys and Prosecutors... Please help this poor member get as many SnY sprites as possible. I was looking through it, but just seems like DW, but with guns to me. I might try it out though, still not 100% sure if I should though.

Luckily enough, they do give you a bit of back story to the first game. But I can definitely see a bit of DW's influence in it. The only problem I have with it at the moment are the amount of moves you can do. Just wish there were more.

There are plenty of missions per planet, there's a new character with unique weapons to play as, and there are new psi abilities. If you're a completionist, some items can be aggravating to get; and levels may seem too easy once you equip the Replicator (infinite Vipa rounds), though you can just unequip it. There's a limit to the number of items you can have, but extenders like "Gun Ability" or "NP Ability" aren't counted, and you can buy back items that you sell - money is a lot more plentiful than Origins. The story may not be as strong as the first (I haven't played it), but the gameplay seems to have been improved in all the important places - according to most reviews. Multiplayer is restricted to one room (the largest single space in each planet), but versus modes are still okay.
	I've gotta break out, I need a way out, I don't believe it's gotta be this way, The worst is the way that In this room I'm suffocating --Skillet, Rebirthing Front Mission fan and supporter of the Front Mission 5: Scars of War fan translation project. Writer on Fiction Press, Fan Fiction.
