Personally, I think it'd be kinda cool to see them back again. I'd like to see them both come back with brand new armor. The weapons don't need to be changed, nor do the moves. They were perfect new movesets in DW5:XL... sorta. I liked the flaming attacks of the Greatsword as well as the back and forth slash attack of the Rapier's Musou Attack. Anyways, point is, does anyone else think this'd be cool? PLEASE STAY ON TOPIC!! DO NOT LET THIS BECOME A FREE FOR ALL!! |

They may not have had any revelance with Three Kingdoms history or the novel, but they are pretty popular and were unique designs, they also made good bonus characters. I think they should be put back in, even though I don't really use them, they add to the to get list amongst the characters. |

I didn't feel we ever needed them, they really were more like CAW characters. I wouldn't mind if they were brought back, though. Just don't cut anybody else. <_< |

even though i never play dw3, (well, yeah, never!) but i've read about their history. i dont mind if they are brought back into the game but i just hope that they wont be crap characters. |

Well, for me it was fun in DW3 getting Nu Wa after finishing four girls' Musou's. It was also fun getting Fu Xi after finishing the leaders' Musou's, and then in 4 I got to create different versions of Nu Wa and Fu Xi with the rapier and the great sword. But if I wanted them back, I'd just stick with their rapier and greatsword movesets for CaW's instead. |

But that isn't the same thing. CAW is never able to replace the real characters, because they don't have original character's personality, real story and voice. I say that Koei should bring them back as some sort of Bonus characters. |

They didn't really have much to them, they were unallined, they didn't have story mode (unless you played DW3 XL, and I didn't) and they just seemed... idk boring. When they fist showed the pics of Yue Ying I thought that it was Nu Wa, I was wrong, but it didn't matter much to me because their character designs were fairly boring. They had nice weapons, but that's it in my opinion, why add characters that aren't real when their whole goal is to reamin as historical as possible while still making it interesting (thats the same reason they took out Kunoichi form SW she wasn't historical, so they gave us Ne Ne instead) |

They are gods in Chinese mythology and that story is good enought for them. If they add them as Bonus characters only (meaning Free Mode), it isn't that bad thing at all. Those who can't stand them, well just ignore them and don't whine that they are in game. I at least would like to play as them even if they were only Free Mode characters. Ranmaru and Okuni are Free Mode characters in SW2 and people still seem to like from them like in SW. |

I have never played as them before, I got DW4 as my first game. Fu Xi, we now have Guan Ping to take his place. Nu Wa, we have Xing Cai. SO it doesn't really matter if they return. I'd rather some new officers be added, and they stay as CAWs. |

Fu Xi's was my favourite warrior in DW 3, Doesn't matter which mission, he always had something to say and fitted somewhat in every cut scene, which I miss with those kind of cut scenes.. If they such clothcesin CAW, Create your own warrior with those clothing and weapons and name it Fu Xi, problem solved.. |

I agree nonetheless that you would like to have them back, but how would they blend in with the storyline? Ancient Gods (?) brother and sister who are married to each other....It was cool when they first came out...But their storylines fit in nowhere. |

Yup, they were mythical creatures of ancient Chinese history dating back to about 3000 BC. I forget what exactly they were thought to be gods of, and I forgot what animal it was said Fu Xi could turn into. But if I'm correct, it was said Nu Wa could turn into some kind of snake. And thinking about it now, it would be rather difficult to see where Fu Xi and Nu Wa would fit into the storyline of Dynasty Warriors. |

I thought Nu Wa and Fu Xi were said to be nagas, creatures that were half-serpent and half-human. If they were included into the game again, I think they should be dramatically changed. They certainly shouldn't be like regular warriors; they should be f*cking godly and look like divine entities. Koei should make them like the last unlockable characters you can get and should force you to really have to do a lot of sh*t to get them. When you obtain them however, they would be totally awesome. They would look like cobras with arms but the top half of their body would look like humans (example: Nu Wa. They would slither, rather than run around the battlefield. When you mounted a horse, they would use their arms to get on it and then scaly legs would sprout from their bodies while they were on it and disappear when they got off. Nu Wa should use something like a wand and Fu Xi should have like a thunderbolt. They each would have crazy attacks, like Nu Wa would shoot lasers from her eyes that would freeze or petrify enemies and Fu Xi would have an attack where he summons a cloud that follows him and rains lightning down on all foes in the area. One of them, or both of them, would have the ability to transform into other warriors like Nene can in SW. Nu Wa would be less powerful but have cooler combos and would be quicker. Fu Xi would be slower but far stronger and better at clearing out crowds. They both would take practice to getting used to. Their story would be basic; they would see the happenings of the Three Kingdoms from their palace in the sky. They would then each get permission seperately from the mystics Bei Dou and Nan Dou to descend to the world of the Three Kingdoms. One of them, perhaps Fu Xi, would be a war-mongering causer of chaos, who's destiny was to try and cause so much destruction that nearly all of humanity would be wiped out. He would enter as a third side in each battle and try to basically kill everything, making his musou mode really damn hard. The other one, perhaps Nu Wa, would be a more rational half-serpent, half-human god who would want to try to bring peace to the land. She would try to support the underdogs of the game, such as Yuan Shu against his adversaries, Liu Biao against Sun Jian, etc. In the end the two would finally meet in a unique battle and fight each other. If Fu Xi won, the world would be engulfed in chaos, if Nu Wa won, the opposite would occur. You would probably unlock Nu Wa first, because her musou mode would be easier and have a happy ending and get Fu Xi after you beat him with her. |
