They finally done it... eh? Well, I'm eager to see how will they 'fix' the CAW system for the US version... Maybe it's inevitable that there will be a [Bei Army - Liu Bei] or [Liu Army - Bei Liu]!!! GAHAHAHA XD *evil laugh*

I could care less.... :)

Same here. :)

They're rushing the game, meaning the VAs will mostly, if not ALL, be the same as in SW2. Give me back atleast Shingen's and Mitsuhide's SW1 voices, and the true feelings and emotions of the Samurai Warriors series will be restored. :)

What, you're asking for even MORE voice inconsistency?

I never said that. And insert what Honda said here.

Fine, not like I care really.

I'll be preordering after Christmas, I think.

What system is it for?

PS2.

And before anyone starts asking whether it'll be for Xbox360 or not, remember that there's a high chance considering DW5E & SW2 were also out for 360.

I don't import games I can get domestically. I only got to play SM2 extensively since I was staying in Japan all August for summer vacation.

I did buy SB2 there, though.

Wait, exclusive Empires music tracks, Jin? Elaborate please?

Great job Koei. You're releasing the game ONE MONTH BEFORE MY BIRTHDAY! I swear that you just like to screw with me with your release dates.

I'll have plenty of New Year's money to put aside for SW2E.

BGMs that are only available in Empires, for example the planning phase BGMs, which will differ depending on the location of your daimyo.

Awesome, so there's those huh? I'm guessing there's a new opening BGM and ending BGM?

IMO, the SW2:E opening is only above average.. this is mainly because all KOEI did was slap together the CG cutscenes of individual characters to create an intro. I'm also dissapointed about the CAW and how minute ajustments can be made to creating a character. Still though, i'll be making Samanosuke Akechi (Onimusha) for the Akechi clan ^_^ and i loved DW5:E, so i'll be picking up SW2:E regardless of what the intro or CAW system are like.

I just pray it's coming to the 360 now, being as i have no PS2 anymore and i wouldn't be willing to purchase another, even for a game such as this..

I think I'll enjoy much more this game when i will be released in USA, because I can't understand really well, and that's not fun this way...

Yeah, that's actually a great idea to re-use the good stuff from DW...
The gallery is somehow more complete than the DW5:E, IMO...

i always wanted to be able to command my army in DW / SW, and with DW5:E my wishes came true.. however, they didn't live up to my expections (thumbs up to KOEI for the idea though). The main problem was the AI of your officers, you'd tell them to attack or defend somewhere and they would take the most scenic route, rather than the path that leaves them 100 yards away from their destination point.

I think it would be both more strategic and good gameplay, if you were able to tell which route for your army to follow, where to go to hide for an ambush and then tell them when to appear for the ambush (along with some other new and nicely pulled off tactic commands). It might come across as complicated, but if KOEI could just introduce a simple yet effective 'Route' command, i would be happy ^_^

So... we can still command our officers... even with 2 players? If that's true, that's pretty awesome. Ah, just like Onimusha:DOD....

Although it would mean the main player having to pause the game every now and again to issue commands, so the co-player would have to be rather patient with all the pausing.

Yep, just tried it. Either player can command the entire army through the d-pad or the pause menu.
