No no, like, for instance Sakon has some unlockable combo with Mitsuhide...but I don't know how to unlock it. It says "Finish a battle with Sakon Shima and Mitsuhide Aketchi in your attacking and defending army." I don't understand it... |

What do they mean when they have that symbol that reads "models". Does that mean you can win alt costumes? ?_? |

As far as i know, there are 2 costumes for each character, maybe more, but i somehow doubt it will go to more than 4. I was impressed with the game on a whole, but theres absolutly nothing to keep me playing it, like DW5 Empires, and I actually prefer the SW series! I don't know what it is, but something about Empires was just not there for me. Not enough betrayals and in missions objectives which used to annoy me, and now that they arent there, its like...whats the point. Ride up to base, smackage, my base. Next... Even Tadakatsu has become n00b like, he's soooo easy to kill now...He used to be able to knock me about and at least put me in red, but now, he rarely hits me, and rarely attacks with his normal combos, usually attempting to hit with Charge attack. Useless. In all fairness, troop AI is better than in previous games. However, edit mode lacked a few desirable weapon styles - Kotaro for example. I dont like him, but at the end of the day, i cant make a monk like character who uses kung fu on people now! Argh! More voices are definatley needed. 4 Voices for that many different models, kinda takes the fun out of making them. |

In SW2E there are 2 costumes for each character. A rare cutscene to see is involving Okuni, Noh, Oichi and Ina. I've only ever got that once. Anyway, what has been your biggest army and do any of your officers have the "Break-Limit" ability? |

The only time I created very large armies were with Nobunaga and Ieyasu. I've gotten the break-limit with Tadakatsu and Nobunaga by getting 1000 KOs with each. |

So I've been screwing around with the game, and one thing I did is the "Natural Death" thing I did with DW5E. As in, extending the game out so every officer dies from old age. The last people to die are Maeda Toshitsune, Toyotomi Hideyori, and Kimura Shigenari in 1684. Face character-wise, Musashi dies last, preceded by Inahime, Okuni, Ginchiyo, and Yukimura in that order. No death is historical, so people like Takenaka Hanbei or Uesugi Kenshin live well past the year they passed away in history. Kinda weird to have Kenshin around at 1600. Oh, all CAWs die in 1655. |

SW2:E is an awesome game, I love it so much. It's fun, and in my opinion is better than DW5:E. I just hope, with the new improvements, like Special Moves and triple musou bars, that DW will pick up the same awesome twieks. Best part is, Chaos mode is actually a real challenge with the game, as the NPC pick up on using more tactics, and plots, which they don't really do in DW5:E. I mean, they stole a few of my officers from me, which is something they generally don't do. This is a must for Samurai Warriors Fans.

I had a blast playing this game! One of the best games I've played in a long time. My fondest memory is completing the Honoji event with a lvl 1 Mitsuhide and co versus a fully trained lvl 20 Oda Army (So much for history stating Oda had a huge disadvantage). It took me two tries, but I managed to pull a victory by using some true tactics and the good ol' teamwork. It was freakin' wondeful, until I lost most of my fiefs the next turn to the random people around me. Hideyoshi got beat by the Mori so I didn't have to worry about fighting him in Yamazaki. A little dissapointing. |

Sorry for the late response. Lords cannot die naturally, so it'll come down to your lord Vs. the last surviving enemy lord. Everyone else will be dead. |

Hooray, I received SW2E today >_>. I started with 'Unification of Kyushu' scenario as Shimazu forces and finished it just a while ago. For my surprise, Ginchiyo was nowhere to be found. I wonder why... can you only recruit her if you choose Otomo forces? Also, after I cleared the scenario I was given a chance to challenge the whole Japan. Do I get anything if I succeed in it? |

What year did you finish by? Ginchiyo doesn't come of age until the late 1570s I think. |

Yeah she really come late when I was under the Otomo clan in the games, it was boring to wait for her, I made alliance with all the other clans and earn money because I protected them each other :s anyway I know it's the historical years but Koei should make something to accelerate it sometimes it would be better.

Man, I'm being a bad example here >_>. Oh well, I'll just delete the post above me to avoid double posting. I don't think I fully understand the skill system in SW2E... 1. What does it mean when the level of skill is in blue color (for example, Potence 2 ) 2. How do you obtain level 4 Greed, Acclaim and Master? 3. When I was in the shop, I noticed that with L1 and R1 you can switch between 'All skills' and 'Own skills', what's the difference between these two. Help would be much appreciated :). |

the in blue, and All skills are 1s that u have achived through playing on the actual map only. It is only there for that campain and not there after it. The Own skills are the 1s you keep anyway (like the 1s earned in battle from defeating officers). You can get Greed 4 etc from Wesern and Chinese trade. It can take ages though Oh, and btw, you can make the All skills into Own skills by dueling or debating etc. |
