Actually, this is something that exists in the DW area as well. I believe calbee219 over at GameFAQs did an analysis of the AI logic that shows when and how enemy officer react to different moves for DW5:XL (Chaos Mode). I have no idea though how to apply the logic to SW2:XL though  I imagine it would be similar though
 since the games are made by the same company/developer.EDIT: Re-reading your post again, my comment may have nothing to do with what you are asking at all XD ... what can I say, its Friday :rolleyes: |

One of my favorites in the series, like Zhao Yun, hes really balanced with his C3 & C5 doing massive damage, followed by C2 & C4 and his MO special was really devestating, his musou is nothing special and his offensive special is to weak, but hes a good character for begginers. His ending in SW is true and amazing, a one man stand, while they changed his story to be more of friendship, he still has a good story, his bravery is what I like, just like Zhao Yun.

I really like this character. Great moveset and personality. SW1, he was just totally badass. His ferocity is unmatched, and to go down in battle like that...just completely badass. In SW2, his personality was a bit watered down. He lost most of his fire and became more of a generic hero. His SW2 story is more of a heroic build up, he just reminds himself why needs to keep fighting. I like him design wise as well. His armor in SW2 was a bit more realistic than his armor in SW1. I'm also a HUGE fan of his weapon, as it is a Hozoin-cross blade spear. The Jumonji-yari, imho, is one of the most dangerous and effective weapons of the Sengoku era. Gameplay-wise, Yukimura is top-tier material just with his C3. Played right, he can totally demolish officers one on one. He's also the one of the few characters who excel more in taking on multiple officers. Also love his C5. It's pretty rewarding when you use it on a larger character like Tadakatsu or Keiji :lol: |

I think Yukimura is a fun character to play as but he only has 3 hits before u cant use triangle anymore which is annoying. Hes strong and stuff and he looks awesome... sounds awesome.... is awesome. However he also looks a little stiff with his moves but i guess cuz hes got liek a trident and u gotta be precise? Also his range is kinda iffy.. But otherwise hes really good. |

SW1 Yuki is far superior to the SW2 version. his relationship with Kunoichi made him a much more interesting hero, than the SW2 mess with Kanetsugu and Mitsunari. |

Yeah, I miss Kunoichi a lot. They don't have to re-add her (even though that'd be great). But they need to add someone that it actually makes sense like his wife, I think her name is Akihime. Or Masayuki/Nobuyuki would be good as well. Or maybe even Sarutobi Sasuke. I love his moveset though. In SW2 it was the only thing I liked about him. |

Yukes actually interacted with Kunoichi in SW1? All I remember is her following him everywhere, and anything said was from her, not him. I much prefer the Three Musketeers friendship sort of interaction between Yukes, Mitsunari and Kanetsugu. I actually liked Yukimura a lot in SW2. Only thing I really liked about him in SW1 was his awesome alternate outfit and his portrayal at Osaka. |

Havent posted here yet... What I think... SW1 Yukimura: I think this guy ROCKS. I loved his charge at Osaka, and the way he just...flowed with every battle. SW2 Yukimura: I like him, but he dosent have the impact he did like in SW1, but I blame that on the new characters. There isnt as much room any more... |

Kunoichi followed Yukimura about  they both interacted with each other a lot though. Not one-sided. I loved the interaction between the 2 of them, Yukimura was my favourite character and Kunoichi was my 2nd favourite. I also liked everything about the SW1 Yukimura, his appearance was awesome, he was badass, great voice and personality, and then had some of the best stages, such as Ueda and Osaka I loved playing. SW2's Kanetsugu and Mitsunari, I had no complaints with it, but I never really liked it much. I didn't so much mind his relationship with Keiji, that was interesting. Found it kind of random his last battle, Osaka, after you finished off the Tokugawa you had to fight a powered up Keiji though. Why not be happy finishing off the Tokugawa? SW1's was epic, he did his lone charge, with awesome music. Showed how hopeless the battle was, you get caught in an ambush, against a large force, eventually push out, Ieyasu flees, you defeat Hanzo and then it goes to the best Koei Ending ever IMO. |

I prefer the relationship with Mitsunari and Kanetsugu. Kunoichi was kool... but she was really just an unnamed ninja. Wasnt of INSANE importance but she did make it interesting. I like how this 3 musketeer thing followed thru the game and even involved Keiji in there. It helped show the ferocity of brotherhood.. I liked it |

I much prefer Yukimura's design from SW2 than 1's. But yes I totally agree with whoever has said Yukimura had the better story in 1 - his last battle was really emotional and showed how he had given up hope, but then there was still fire in him yet (the scene where he charges whilst sitting on a horse, though he's stationed still.) There is a topic about which was the best Osaka in the SW board. Funny that him and Mitsuhide are the only real ones that look like samurai's. |

I would say just those 2. Shingen is dressed as a Samurai. Ginchiyo Tachibana looks like 1 2. Thats about it tho. |

Mitsuhide looked way too European to be samurai-looking in SW1. Yukes... eh, I guess you could say he looked sorta samurai-ish. Kinda funny how the only guy in SW1 I felt who looked definitely samurai was Masamune... a little brat samurai, but still. |

I dont think Samurai is a job you have to look the part for XD I also think Yukimura in SW2 was going to lead to the same SW1 personality, but I think Kanestugu and Mitsunari Changed that... |

yukimura is the best in sw1 like he fought to his dying breath but in sw2 his personality didnt change to much but has less courage ex.in osaka he basicaly gives up due to Mitsunari death and Kanetsugu defection but overall they changed him he really seem better wid kunoichi |

Yukimura Sanada was laways gonna be my fav from the moment i got the game i had played Kessen 1 along ime befroe hand so i knew about Yukimura Sanada and most of the characters. i agree his voice was better in sw then in sw2 i can't wait for sw3 can't wait to see what he looks like can't wait for his musuo mode so i can kill many soldiers and generals they should make Nobuyuki maybe he can have abit of story with him maybe a cool intro |

Ah, yes Yukimura my all time favorite koei character and historical figure. He never gives up and was able to set up great defenses at Osaka to actually push the tokugawa army away until next summer. And managed 3 last charges against Ieyasu. I've even have a manga Idea based around Yukimura and his ten braves it's related to my username. Of course it's only Yuki and the group in name only. |

I didn't really like Yukimura's moveset compared to Zhao Yun from the Dynasty Warriors series but his personality and stuff is good and is special attacks on SW2 are also good
