In dw4 i decided to pick Wu cause it was red and i was stumped on who tho choose first i chosoe Sun Shang Xiang but i didint like her (Dosent count) Then it was a buff guy (Huang Gai) or a quick swordsmen So i picked Sun Jian

I bought my first Dynasty Warriors game a few weeks later and have been loving the series ever since.
	After over 30 hours of dying, restarting files and a large body count. I can now say I completed Empires on Chaos. 9996... 9997... 9998... 9999... Agghh why can't I get 10,000 KO's, curse you Koei!!!! Noobs, you get one hit Chaos? You deserved to be crushed! Looking for someone who can make a awesome DW sig, please PM me if you are interested. Chose Zhou Yu as my first character and he has been my first choice in every game since that time. Him, Gan Ning, and Sun Jian will forever be my favorite characters.

I barely remember when i first played this game but it was at a friends house. We had been bored looking through games and we just randomly picked it and I think I chose sima yi first. I remember just wandering around aimlessly and feeling really lost lol. It was the only game I really enjoyed playing and ever since then I haven't stopped playing dw.

I remember going "Oh wow! This chick looks great, and wields claws!! She's like a female Vega, but awesome-er! SOLD! Gimme them claws!" Then, I went to the profile section and listened to "her" speak; 'surprise' doesn't even begin to describe how I felt.

He laughed when I picked the character and told me "You would pick that guy." Only a moment later did I find out what he meant, the jerk. Haha. I didn't have a PS2 at that time, so I did not purchase DW3 until about a year later when I recieved one for Christmas. Before that, I had only experienced hack-and-slash gameplay with Koei's Mystic Heroes, which at that time was my favorite game (oh the naivety). Edited by vanilla_skies, Aug 16 2009, 04:54 PM.
