I personally thought Wu were the better, they were great allies in the Chi Bi battle (which I found rather hard on Liu Bei's side), and its a real shame you don't get to play as them. They also looked really cool in blue armour

They werent weird like wei and Sun Quan had roar! they were good allies. too bad they try to kill guan yu again! but guan yu was funny in that game so it was okay. at least guan yu retreated and not die. Wu was nice

	Takeda Katsuyori Bio: Shingen�s son and Daimyo of Kai. He was less cautious than Shingen and, consequently was able to do things that Shingen could not. He kept the Takeda alive and fighting the Hojou, Tokugawa and Oda even after the Battle of Nagashino. Perks: Total War (causes a lot of damage to buildings and enemy troops in siege battles when you're on the attacking side) Legendary Charge: Samurai used by Katsuyori do more damage if this ability is used, but are slightly more susceptible to gunfire. Spirit of Shingen: When Shingen is on the field, Katsuyori can use this skill to give him and Shingen a morale boost. If Shingen is dead, not on the field or defeated, Katsuyori can use this skill to give himself and one other general an offense boost. War: 83

Though it's been a while since I've played Kessen II, so not entirely sure.

I liked Shu's story the most in the game, Zhao Yun leaving and returning, seeking the service of Zhuge Liang, making fun of Zhang Fei's perceived drinking problems. Had some great parts to it even though it was rather fictional in many areas.

I really enjoyed the story as them, I didn't like it much when Xiahou Yuan died though. But Fighting Shu in the last battles now that was exciting! Also seeing the jealousy run in Cao Cao's force was interesting. I thought it was pretty fun, overall.

That, and I had great, fantastic success using the Wei army over the Shu army where Guan Yu got his ass kicked regularly and failed to level up most of the time. As the Wei army goes I used Zhang Liao and Yue Jin a lot (Li Dian and his archer unit sucked) because of the double charge, and I also used Yu Jin and his two assassin girls a lot for triple Battle Cry for an instant 75% loss of morale (which usually meant instant win). Otherwise I remember using all the officers with the Duel ability to my advantage and win ridiculously quick.

Liu Bei the perve, Zhang Fei the drunk, and well...Guan Yu seemed to have the least problems. Not to mention that Ma Chao finally gets a barbaric look. Plus for some reason Guan Yu always ends up godly by the end of the game for me. I'm able to take down almost any officer alone and never and I mean never lose a duel with him.

Scottish Samurai Posts: 880 Group: Members Member #12,998 Joined: January 31, 2008	Wei rock in the game, they dominate in regards of Officer skills, troop numbers and Moral. They get the likes of Xiahou Dun and Zhang He as minor officers where as Shu get Cai Mao and Ma Su . In fact the only officers i didnt like of the side of Wei were ironically Cao Cao himself and his uncle Cao Bu

Sadly, Xiahou Dun is a minor officer and Xiahou Yuan is killed. The additional character - Himiko is so cute and she has a sense of humor. 	Yuan Feng asked each of his sons about their ambitions, and Yuan Shao instantly replied, "Ju Shou and Tian Feng, what do you think?"
