Guan Yu; Talk about my favorite character

Guan Yu has always been one of the best characters in Shu if you ask from me. His attacks have always been strong and I like from crowd clearer characters. His swing and running speed are a bit slow but it doesn't matter really. I would say Guan Yu is best character in Shu after Wei Yan, Yue Ying and Zhang Fei.

Frickheads! Posts: 3,661 Group: Members Member #4,250 Joined: November 19, 2006	Guan Yu is okay, not my favorite but he is good to use. He has the Red Hare and powerful attacks but they can kinda be on the slow side. His beard is nice and smooth looking which is a cool trademark for him o.O

I like Guan Yu because eventhough he's not a strong as Zhang Fei, he's at least a bit faster. Also, I like Guan Yu's musou is better than Z Fei's. Easier to hit, and can hit tons of people at one go. And who doesn't like his beard? :lol: :lol:

Tiger General Posts: 458 Group: Members Member #6,349 Joined: March 27, 2007	Guan Yu was the first male character I played with in DW3. Although his running speed is slow, his attacks are really damaging. I happen to like using his fourth charge attack for crowd control. Also, his second charge can actually juggle enemies quite good. His special level stage (known as 'Guan Yu's Escape') happens to be one of the best areas to strengthen underdeveloped characters and it's also a great place to find tons of items and weapons.
