I haven't DW6 yet, but only know how he looks like in DW6. He looks quite handsome, I like it. But I dont know about his voice and weapon and everything, but his weapon was indeed very hard to handle, I hope DW6 weapon is better. As for the voice, I really wouldn't want to change it, at least at the English version. |

Uh, the DW6 weapon is VASTLY superior to his DW5 one in all respects. That Triangle grab of his is PURE DEATH if you have Flash on his sword. |

Don't like this guys history too much, and i'm on and off about his personality in DW itself. I also found his moveset in DW5 to be, rather crap  . However, I am sooo excited about his new moveset  . He definately has the best moveset out of the Specials I feel, and I know I am going to be liking him a lot more in Empires. I'm mostly looking forward to playing as him out of the six, not including Meng Huo  .

One name: Kanna Nobutoshi. When I knew that Kanna had been voicing Cao Pi, I knew I got to get the original Japanese dialogue tracks. Deadpan snarker he may be, but he's a decent fighter. Oh, and he makes the Wei starting team in WO1 more bearable. |

Aw, music to my ears. Nice comment  I don't see Cao Pi as a villain...he's just..cold towards others.   But, yeah, at least he cares more than Cao Cao..

I think Cao Pi is awesome in Warriors Orochi for these quotes : "Give him some food, and he will be happy" "I asked you to fight for me, not for Orochi" "I hereby declare the revival of the kingdom of Wei" "She anticipated my betrayal, but I anticipated her reaction" "I only wondered when she would betray us" What I think is "He predicted all the events" But moveset-wise, I prefer Zhou Yu... Haven't gotten my hands on DW6S so I could not try out his new decloned sword moveset(waiting for DW6E like others). Design-wise, I think his DW6 outfit matches his very cold and arrogant personality as I thought his DW5 design was pretty bland. But he had some of the best lines in DW5/WO... I did watch his DW6S cutscenes though and I was a little disappointed that he was not as much of a jerk as he was in DW5/WO because that was what he was best at doing lol... |

Cao Pi's DW6S move rocks, perhaps just below the two bow users, honestly even better than Lu Bu! long range, almost 360degree attacks, awesome ice circle blast, very good clearing crowd, and good against single ppl too! his incarnation certainly unfitting of his historical persona, but he is cool in both cases. He, in history, is intellegent, talented ruler who did cmbined his father's ruthlessness with some degree of virtue and tolerence(not to his own brothers though)to his people, thus Wei's developement is quickly going upward. In games, he is cold, ruthless, but also know when to be good. In WO especailly, as he petty much is THE SMARTEST GUY (and certainly the coolest) there, predicting every event and use them to his advantage. Overall, i cant wait till use him in DW6:E, that will be awesome |

I was happy, when he showed up as a playable charakter in DW5 and I think, Koei made good work with him. Pity, they changed his looks in DW6 like that. |

I must be one of the few that liked him better in DW5... It's true his moveset wasn't that great but I really liked his weapon design regardless. Overall I thought his outfit and look was much better in DW5 but I still like his DW6 look as well. Pity he didn't have much of a role in DW6, hopefully in DW7 he will get his own story. |

Hahaha. I don't think his arrogance is bad. It makes him quite endearing, IMO. I love it. Don't like his haircut tho. Not one bit. Honestly I don't know why they changed his appearance so drastically. He was brand new to DW 5, and I adored his long hair. Historically, I'm somewhat undecided on him. In some ways he reminds me of Quan in that he was more of a humanitarian than a warlord type leader. And that led to a lot of trouble for him when he went out on the warpath. Many losses, and deaths of some of his best officers... And then there was the whole thing with Zhen Ji... I think this is one of the rare cases where I prefer the fictional persona they gave him... but then again... I'm just not really sure. Love the new sword tho~ |

I have always adore the old Cao Pi as well with his long hair and rugged, arrognant voice thanks to Kim Strauss. The chopped off short hair and teenage face he has now kinda ruined his once older, arrognant self that I always liked from him if that made any sense at all.  The Longsword is a much better weapon compared to his Conjoining Twin Blades in terms of moveset. I just find the weapon easier to juggle. The Conjoining Twin Blades was an interesting weapon choice for him in 5 but the moveset was a bit too awkward for me to use at times. |

He looks so handsome in DW5 but I don't mind about him. IMO, his appearance in DW6 is much better. He looks so young and cute. In DW5, I can see Zhao Yun is younger than him. Cao Pi was supposed to be younger.  I like Cao Pi showing off his arrogance and talking so confident like his father, Cao Cao. |

Me too. For those that find his arrogances to be a bad quality need to understand that if we had all the characters just being pleasant, virtuous, outgoing, and caring all the time, the game would seem rather boring if we didn't have arrogant characters like Cao Pi around which is why he was an enjoyable character in 5 for me. |

Thirded!  I shudder to think of a DW world where everyone is all Shu-like, happy chappy, lovey dovey! Even if Cao Pi is arrogant he still cares about the land, Koei has shown that in both DW5&6 the same applies to his father too. This is why I'm a loyal Wei supporter, they aren't as one dimensional as Shu or as pretty boyish as Wu, they have a lot of contrasting personalities from Zhang He to Cao Pi to Cao Ren etc. who all fight under the same banner it makes things much more interesting. |

Although I loved Pi's apperence in 5, I like his new one also. If you look at them both you can see that its the same person with just more handsome features. It doesn't really seem like a big change to me. One of my favorite things to do when I played DW5 with my best friend she would pick Pi and I would pick Zhen. We would play out little fanfics in the battles which always kept it interesting. |

I like him.But i think they showed us the wrong face of Cao Pi.They say he was skilled in military(I mean like Pang Tong and other great officers),but he wasn't. Ok,he was a good fighter,but he lost some times to Wu. But,he was the greatest Wei emperor in my opinion. Military alone does not make any man. He stocked supplies for Wei,which shows that he was indeed clever. As many here said,he knew that he couldn't win against Shu-Wu,so he did not fight.Also,i Think that even with the wrong face(Military skilled,Not politically skilled),he can be considered great |
