I like the added elemental effects and the horse calling feature, very very useful special Keiji and Yukimura! Also I enjoy the ninja cloning, its fun lol

Nene has the best special, I have the ability to mimic anyone else on the battlefield. If you have good control with her and prevent her from being hit. You can enjoy other characters for a long time. Musashi's counter is good for spamming. Keiji & Yukimura's call for horse can be useful on missions and fulfilling requirements. Nobunaga's weapon power ups make him a dangerous char. |

Nice! I do something similar with Hanzo ... since his Level 3 musou has built-in shadows for an effect, right after he finishes his musou I activate his R1+S ninjitsu special & watch the shadows wreak havoc on anyone who survived the musou. Builds great combo counts too EDIT: *On-Topic* ... Hanzo's R1+S special & the elemental attack specials I like the best. |

Oh man ... it's been too long since I played SW2 ... I completely forgot Ranmaru's quick slash with death/demon/shura/Slay (no idea what it's called in SW) element on it. I abused that special almost as much as I abused Hanzo's. Oh, and of course I can't forget about Ina & her specials. Her R1+S arrow attack in SW2 is so much better than her L+R1 in WO. I miss being able to abuse this after her musou & actually do some damage <_< |

Ginchyo: Lightning+Power up=FUN Hanzo: Clone yourself. Then block and walk forward. Your clones go ahead of you and just let them attack. Ina: Elemental shot Ice or Lightning+Arrow Shot=Dead officer. On a side note Oichi's R1's can let her have Unlimited Musou. Call a unit. Power them up. There ya go. Musou filled up! |

Mori Ranmaru (SW) - Takes good amount of damage, also when he does his True Musou it ussually save me. (All the spinning.) Oda Nobunaga (SW) - Very useful when your in a situation where your surrounded, or you might lose your health. Saika Magoichi (SW2) - I've noticed an improvement, he shots much faster as well as he takes some steps now. |

Nene's R1 triangle:10/10 I like her triangle because you get to turn into other characters. :lol: Nene's R1 square:7/10 This one isnt so good because she is vonerable(sp?) when she is doing it but its realy good on officers. :mellow: |

Gracia has the best specials in my opinion. 1. Shoots 3 Fireballs 2. Create a Small Blizzard 3. Create green energy beam 4. Rengerate musou/magic 5. Forcefield 6. Raise Attack, but Lower Defense She is the best special character out of the whole series. |

I will talk about my favourite characters in SW2 R1 move and then at the end I will say which one I think is the best. Masamune = The one where he shoots is so cool. Its better then Magoichi's since Masamune one goes faster. Its good fun using that R1 move and killing everyone on your way. Its really cool but it is kinda weak against rulers/generals/officer. [size=4]Masamune = 4/10[/size] -5 = I don't like his other R1 move. -1 = Its Weak ----------------------------------------------------------------- Hanzo = I like both of his R1 move. Especially the one you can multiple itself 3 times :lol: his other R1 move is good against the rulers/generals/officer. [size=4]Hanzo = 10/10[/size] ----------------------------------------------------------------- Oda Nobunaga = His both R1 move is really cool. One is for his defense and the other is for his attack power and his attack speed. I like everything about this character. [size=4]Oda Nobunaga = 10/10[/size] ----------------------------------------------------------------- Musashi Miyamoto = He is clearly one of my favourite character in SW2. His move set is awesome and so is his R1 move. There is nothing wrong with this character :lol: . His R1 move is very helpful. One of them you can use to defend himself by doing a counter attack and the other one can be used to gain musou. His musou attack is the even better on Horse. [size=4]Musashi Miyamoto = 10/10[/size] ----------------------------------------------------------------- Kanetsugu Noae = K lets make this quick. His R1 move is clearly the most boring and pathetic and weak R1 move ever :lol: The one where he makes everyone go slow for about 2 seconds is kinda boring and lame. The other one is where he gets all his cards out and goes round him looks cool but it isn't really needed. It does practically nothing except probably defend himself against a weak attack. This character is lame, I hope Koei improves him since he is in Kenshin force who is one of my fav character. [size=4]Kanetsugu Noae = 2/10[/size] -4 = I don't like the slow motion one. -4 = I don't like his card thingy. +1 = His card going around him looks cool but its worthless. +1 =His slow motion can be used to escape. ----------------------------------------------------------------- Uesugi Kenshin = His R1 move ain't that bad. I like his exploding white puppet which can confuse the enemy. His other R1 move makes him big which is like so cool. Only problem is that I never use his R1 move because it is not needed. [size=4]Uesugi Kenshin = 8/10[/size] -1 = I never use it -1 = Because it isn't very effective. ----------------------------------------------------------------- So basically I think Hanzo R1 move is the best because I use it a lot and it is very helpful and actually does a lot of damage. |

Nice analysis of those specials. I must agree with you on each of them, though maybe for different reasons. I never use Kanetsugu's special, but I abuse Hanzo's :ph43r: I can't wait to try Katsuie Shibata in SW2:XL because from what I've seen, his special(s) looks like its really powerful. |

1) Ina's arrows, hands down. I use her arrows almost exclusively now that she has Pierce; effectively crazy range, fast attack, potentially infinite combo-ing with proper timing, the ability to actually rotate instead of strafing like the gunslingers, and very fast execution. It's the most effective attack I can think of that's perfect for mauling crowds, nabbing fleeing enemies, gipping officers, filling Musou, and defending, all at the same time. I remember playing SW2: Empires once with a friend and running into the enemy main camp on Hard (or maybe Chaos, I don't remember), but the stupid fool didn't bother to follow me, or attack anything useful, so the base behind me was taken and I was hemmed in with a lvl-20 Shingen and his personal cronies! So, I ran into a corner and spammed various arrows until my idiot buddy took the adjoining base and helped me escape. Never did that with anyone else. 2) Nagamasa's elemental activation. Unlike Ina's, is uses the element on your weapon instead of a preset one, so you can combine it with Shura for sheer godliness (although Tadakatsu or Musashi with Awakening 3 nearly eclipse this). Plus, Nagamasa has my favorite overall moveset, so the ability to use his normal attacks plus elements is much greater than Ina's. Reinforcements are not very useful, unfortunately, but still fun in Survival mode. 3) Ranmaru's Iai slash. Mitsuhide's is good too, but it doesn't have the range that Ranmaru's does; he not only has a bigger sword, but slides forward a good ways, enabling him to annihilate spear lines and such with a single good blow. Of course, Mitsuhide's actually decent ultimate weapon gives him pretty comparable range, so it's almost a tie. Also, I think Ranmaru can boost his attack? Always useful. |

Definitely good choices. Especially on Nobunaga. Increase in strength and speed + old moveset back = pure win.
