in past KOEI games that included JP audio, you have the text that's going on in the game in English. Sort of like this (you can see some of the game stuff at the end of the clip) = http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VlORbWOCbhs |

Oh, that makes sense...I would still like English voices though. But wouldnt the game be released sooner if they dont need to do Englishs voices? |

they still have to translate the game .... so probably not unless they translated while they wrote the script. |

I wouldn't mind only Japanese if they had subtitles. When Genji was released in the US, it only had Japanese voices, but everything was in English on menus and in subtitles and stuff. It was actually pretty cool...I only understand rudimentary Japanese, and hearing people talk and catching snippets of intelligible dialogue was fun. |

Yeah, hopefully they´ll keep the japanese voices. I´m not sure what all the Samurai Warriors will sound like but I´m sure they are better in japanese in most of the cases if not all.

If it were only in Japanese you would be reading more than watching the cutscenes. Personally, I find that as a minus rather than a plus.

it's basically the same as watching a subtitled movie. You learn how to read and watch at the same time after a while, there's no downsides to it. Plus, i guess you do learn a new skill

Doing that hurts my eyes =/ and besides, there are some things without subtitles. Such as their quotes after using a true musou or maybe a battlecry. |

I never thought of that. Yes, I'd want an English or Japanese option, as listening to the Japanese voices can be good sometimes. |

Well, after playing the game for a while you won´t have to read anymore. I always learn to remember what they are saying anyway... But you are right about missing out some of the true musou quotes and such. But in the long run, it´s more important that they sound good. |

I dont see why we shouldn't, really. But I just want to the game out. If they do a version where there are no Japanese voices, I'll get it and maybe not a Japanese Option version if they did one. |

I´m not sure they have room to put two different languages in this game. I mean, there is alot of characters. |

Not me. I just whatched the video with Ma Chao, Yukimura and Musashi. In SW2 and DW5 Empires I had to listen to their english voices and now that I heard them in japanese I was like "O_O ME WANT JAPANESE!!!" To hear them shouting like crazy warriors just makes want to play and kill those stupid orochi soldiers even more. |

Sun Ce's DW5 voice is awful. His DW4 voice wipes the floor with it. |

I agree on that. Even though I love Sun Ce's voice in DW5, I prefer his DW4 voice because he sounded like a rocker! |

Maybe they blew their budget on making an uber game that they couldn't afford to get good voice actors!
Eh, I have a 360 and i'll just blare music as usual. But if they use Japanese voices i'm willing to listen. Cause if i hear yukimura talk in third person again  i'll lose it.
