The only thing is, in DW6, I hate what they did to Gan Nings looks and voice. His voice was pure ownage from 3-5. Then they decide to pick some kid that looks like he rocks Hollister and has a anger problem thats about 16 years old. LOL. No offence to anyone thats 16, wears Hollister and has/needs angermanagement.

Yuri Lowenthal for Sun Ce/Zhang He................for life. Beau Billingsea(sp?) for Dian Wei/Cao Ren..........for life. In terms of DW6.....my only gripes with dub voices are Taishi Ci and Sun Shang Xiang. Both sound like pansies.

I love him as Sun Ce but I hate Zhang He's voice in DW6, which is surprising because it isn't that different than his voice in previous games, and I was really upset about many of the voice changes in DW6. Lowenthal did Zhang He is WO and it was great, but he sounds like an absolute wuss in DW6 and I haven't gotten used to it. Dynasty Warriors 6 was dissapointing in many ways, but also refreshing in just as many ways. When it came to voice acting, I hated especially how the actor who voiced Pang Tong and Sima Yi previously now only played Pang Tong, and used Sima Yi's old voice! That was unforgivable.

Originally Doug Erholtz did Zhang He's voice in 5 but now he does the voice of Cao Pi and Xu Huang who was originally voiced by Kim Strauss. The only voices in 6 I will never get use to or appreciate as much are Sun Shang Xiang and Liu Bei. Grant George on the hand did a great job adjusting Sun Jian's voice in 6 they way it should be compare to what it was Warriors Orochi.

Grant George on the hand did a great job adjusting Sun Jian's voice in 6 they way it should be compare to what it was Warriors Orochi. I support this statement. Sun Jian's voice in 6 is perfect. I would like to know who did Zhou Yu's voice in 6, though. Zhou Yu's voice actor is unlisted on IMDB.com. I find that I like it a lot, although it isn't my favorite version of his voice but it's quite good, I think. I just wish they'd stay consistent more often. I can't stand SSX's higher voice. Most of the females, I don't like, simply cause they seem to fit in one stereotype or the other, but none of them have that tomboyish sound that SSX used to have. What a shame. I love Ling Tong's voice too. :3 And of course Xiahou Dun and Sun Ce are a couple of my favorites, although I can't help but think of Luke/Asch and Jade from Tales of the Abyss when I hear them now. <3

The problem with knowing his voice actor is the fact that they change it every series since DW4 including with XL and Empires. Zhou Yu is the only character that doesn't really have a consistent voice in the game so it can be hard trying to figure the man behind his voice. The only ones I know of are John DeMita (Dynasty Warriors 4) and Michael Gough (Dynasty Warriors 5)

Carrie Savage plays Diao Chan and she used to voice Xing Cai in DW5. I think she now voices Xiao Qiao and thus underwent a character swap with Wendee Lee. Hopefully Lee is still around since Da Qiao and Xing Cai aren't in DW6, but I think she still plays Zhen Ji. She also must've recorded new dialogue for that new cutscene in Warriors Orochi 2 for PSP that involves Xing Cai. I like her as a VA. I would never have guessed that Grant George plays Sun Jian in DW6. Both his and Zhou Yu's voices have vastly improved over previous games. Grant George just sounds kind of nerdy in his other voices even though I think he did a pretty good job in WO as Sun Jian. He sounds so macho in DW6--could IMDb have been wrong and perhaps Steve Blum returned?

Her voice was perfect for them. Her voice for Xiao Qiao wasn't as annoying as the one in warriors orochi. [the person who did Xiao Qiao's voice for Warriors Orochi is the same person who did Sun Shang Xiang's voice, or so I heard.] But as Da Qiao, I liked how it was calm, but she could have made a bit more girly-ish. People complained that her voice was too much like an old woman[epecially in dw4] but I think Wendee Lee did a good job, but needs to tweak the tone of Da's voice to a little feminine than an older woman voice that she usually does. Michelle Ruff as Sun Shang Xiang was great. Enough said :] I liked Sun Ce's voice for every game[except for dw3] lol Strangely, if you had heard the english voices for Dynasty Warriors 3, you would know they really suck. But for some reason Zhang He's was really good, its just that he had no emotion o-o;; Whoever was the voice for Dong Zhuo did a great job though :0 He really gave off the feelings of a scary pedophile: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RLxcf8hygeQ :0
