...That made me lawl. The image of Mitsunari crucifying someone is just.. tough to even enter my mind. xD All I can say is that she'd definitely be anti-Toyotomi/Western Army. I think her ending would probably be along the lines of her giving her servant orders to kill her, and the servant carrying it out, though we wouldn't see. Then probably have her bracelets fall the ground, dramatically or something. |

Sekigahara by Anthony J. Bryant states that during Ishida's siege of Fushimi (vs. the Torii?), Mitsunari threatened one of the Torii's retainers with crucifixion. That retainer then burned down a tower of Fushimi Castle, which allowed Mitsunari to gain a decisive edge over the Torii and conquer the castle. I'm not sure if it's true, but it's in the book at least, and AJB is usually right. |

Now thats interesting, I guess Mitsunari was well-informed on Christian practices. o.o Getting sorta back on topic though, it would just be priceless for me if Hanzo could deliver his 'Crazyy Womaan' line again. Thats why I hope she goes awol on Mitsunari if she gets to fight him at Sekigahara. |

I'll be okay so long as they don't do her story like they did Nagamasa's... Like 2 stages actually happen, the firs and the last. Then you get to her final battle and she's awakend from a dellusion by one of her servants saying the castle is surrounded by the Toyotomi. And she comes to some sort of last minute realization that there is no honor in death and chooses to fight rather than surrender her life. Then her final Battle is at Sekigahara where she has special dialogue with Sakon, Mitsunari, Ginchiyo, and Ina. But really, the only reason Ginchiyo and Ina talk to her is because they tell her she has to be a strong woman to bring honor to her clan. And then Naomasa and other idiot die. Mitsunari says the 4 guardians suck and Ieyasu weebles, wobbles, yet does not fall down. |

I actually heard a rumor once that Mitsunari himself was a Christian :mellow:. Dramatic and sad ending would be good for her but it's really unlike because of her young age. If her last stage is Yamazaki, I bet her ending is similiar to Oichi's. Meaning that Mitsunari says his last words to Gracia before he dies and tells her to join West or something. Now that would be lame >_>. |

...Actually, you know what? Her green color does signify something... The Date clan color is green as well.. and she appears to be around the same age as Masamune..... possible hints at having something to do with them? o_o |

If they build up a romance between Mitsunari and Gracia, then Koei has given up on any historicity. <_< PS-I don't think Mitsunari's a Christian. |

Didn't Mitsunari sexually abuse her or something >_>? We all know he wasn't "normal" :(. Green color is indeed interesting choice for Gracia. I expected to see white and purple on her but that's the color of Oda forces (Ranmaru, No, Nobunaga etc.) and she serves Akechi. //I can name two reasons why Gracia is disliked: 1) She was added before Matsu and Cha-Cha (boo hoo). 2) Her young appearance hints that she's the next Kunoichi. |

Whaaa? I don't remember saying anything on this forum ever about Christians. I like the idea of her being innocent and all, but in battle I hope she isn't a coward or a disliker of fighting (although with the whole Christian thing.. I'm sure I'm perfectly incorrect :mellow: ). |

Just a thought. After all, isn't that what he did with Cha-Cha (but those are rumors) as well >_>. And the two sides of Gracia's death are that she commited suicide (which is really unlike since she was a Christian) and that she was killed by Hosokawa retainer whose name I can't remember. |

Where are you getting these rumors?! Mitsunari didn't molest anybody. O_O Edit-Oh, and a retainer of her's did kill her. That's true. She didn't physically commit suicide, but she asked for somebody to kill her, so I guess the proper term would be 'assisted suicide.' |

Her faith was strong. But she was also the wife of a Samurai. She could not take her own life, so it was taken for her. And if you're going by the wiki, it says she either asked, or her husband did that the staff kill her and then themselves. But in either version she was aware of it. They didn't just run up at her and gut her, they discussed it and faced it with a grim resolve. Just being a Christian is meaningless, it's a faith. It has it's tennants and practices but exceptions are ALWAYS made. But still if this is like this now... Hrm... I wonder if t hey added Gracia just to drum up interest for Bladestorm... Faith is a HUGE part of that... I mean, Joan of Arc was supposedly following directy orders from god... So now we have this Christian samurai and then in Bladestorm we have Samurai in England. Koei is smart with their marketing, kind of easing their Japanese fanbase into some foreign culture. Edit:

I get that she was a samurai's wife first.But she was also a christian.i guess she was torn between the two.and that was an exception.This is off topic,but i think she went to heaven because she was a real christian and at that time im sure it was really hard to have a different religion. |

We really need another discussion for her because her being Christian plays a important part in Koei. We really don't know if she is in Heaven or Hell so let's just leave it at that. |
