Ginchiyo - R1/C5/C6 --> Repeated C4s on air = Dead Officers before they even move.

Yue Ying - C6. Enough Said.

I always find that when the going gets tough turn to Yoshihiro Shimazu or Pang De and there R1, they can destroy just about anybody that there up against.

people were right when they said Da Ji...

Her C1 and her R1 can juggle officers to death... though Da Ji is indeed quite hard to use because of her weird normals..

------------------------------------------

Buff Stacking sounds pretty sexy indeed...

Also, I started to use Air (Combine with Might, Brave, and Bolt) a lot for Nobunaga, mainly since many of his charge attacks are juggles then i saw that his C1 can now murderize officers with only 1 go... and his Psycho Crusher does the same as well..

Ginchiyo is an excellent officer destroyer ^^ All her charges cause lot of damages + her thunder R1 + her moveset already powerful :)

Sun Ce too ^^ When you keep him Attack+C4 on an officer, the officer is flying then K.O. Super C4 + super R1 + super moveset already ^_^

Also Ranmaru is great to destroy officer with his C3 ^^ and his R1 ^_^

lol XD don't know who's the best and I certainly forgot a lot of good ones... ...

I just tried the buff stacking technique of Cao Cao and Yuan Shao..

I was so AMAZED that you get tripled or so attack power with their buffs stacked together!!! I mean seriously, its crazy!! Combine this with Hideyoshi's R1 speed buff and you got yourself a ridiculously buffed line up ready to take down Chaos mode with ease.

Yep, I love that combination. I have yet to test and see who's attack buff is better Cao Cao or Liu Bei, but I know Yuan Shao's buff is stronger than either of them, especially when your life is full since it increases attack depending on how much life you have.

Stacking them two with another character who gets an attack boost themselves is pure pwnage.

Indeed! I tried it on Musashi and he became ungodly!

Same thing happens with Ginchiyo too... her r1 is like one of the best R1s of all PWR chars... and its also her own Self attack buff Buff. :3

Wei Yan is now part of my main balanced team(Zhao Yun[Technique], Guan Ping[Power], Wei Yan[Speed].
He's what I call a one button character.
The triangle has all he's essential tools.
Wei Yan's C1 alone can be used for movement, linear crowd clearing, quick recoil time, the rapid hopping can also be used for dodging purposes, not to mention it also triggers all the elements in the weapon.
In terms of the ability to kill enemy generals, he beats Mitsuhide & Zhen Ji(who were previously on my list for "Speed" characters).

oh i forgot..

in terms of safety and protectiveness, Cao Cao's buff is better than Liu Bei.. since it also increases the defense of your party, which can be very useful in sticky situations..

also, Oda's SSSTTT is probably his most wicked move... I mean when done right, it can kill an officer or even 4 (yeah 4 of them) in one execution...

well since I've put the FF on Oda's Regalia:
Bolt, Flash, Slay, Air, Brave, Multi, Agility, Might

and I was pretty surprised that I was able to shred even Honda's HP into mere shreds even after he gained 2x Defense..

Also, I think Musashi is overall one of the most effective characters in the game, that includes killing officers.. i mean really... all of his charges and even all of the attacks in his charges have their elements in them... put it with the weapon element list that I put.. and he can take down just about anyone in seconds... and yeah He even has his own Attack buff that makes him just even more ridiculous..

Yea, I forgot Cao Cao got a defensive buff as well. ^_^

We all know how broken Diao Chan is on her own, but has anyone put her on a team and used her R1 for other's benefit?

Since it reduces musou gauge consumption and it tranfers to team members, I tried using her with Yuan Shao and Mitsunari on Shu 7-X. I have Conserve 10 as an ability as well, so combining that with Diao Chan's special significantly reduces the amount of musou for Mitsunari's L+R1 (I'd say it uses half the normal amount).

With this combination on Chaos, I was able to rescue all the peasants and mow down the entire map using Mitsunari, including all the officers around Yukimura, Lu Bu, Dong Zhou and his reinforcements, plus some that usually appear as the peasants are escaping.

This was extremely fun to do and I wonder just how well this would work with anyone else ... Dian Wei C3ex spam anyone? :P

Addendum on Ginchiyo:

If you ever get an unlimited musou 10 sec item. spam her R1. Watch the entire area around you suddenly become full of corpses. ^_^

Iced officers + R1 usually means instant death too, but I prefer her more reliable C4 juggle so I never stuck to that strategy.

Da Qiao is a total officer destroyer. This is how you do it. C2 a couple times-R1C3 you usually get them dead in a few seconds. You'll love the extra damage from the officer being in the air. And with Air 10 its deadly.

Okuni= (R1)C3 spam or (R1)C4 spam.

:D *ahem ... raises hand* I got a few of them in Shu 4 - Battle of Nan Zhong. Let's just say I have never had so much fun dispatching hordes of archers.

 Indeed. Plus with Absorb on his weapon, (1) C1 should replenish whatever is lost. Yea, definitely broken.

@nrXazai
Its a good thing that Nagamasa can combo his r1 after a c5 juggle.. xD.

OTT:
the thing that can really make maximum officer killing strength is the right elements...

Like Musashi with the 4th + 10 on might, slay, air, bolt, brave, multi, range, flash + His self buff = Maximum Killing strength. especially with his SSTTT (Critical hits on aerial foes + Air weapon element + elements activating on every hit = pwn0rz)

Cao Cao is also one extremely good officer killer thanks to his c6... I mean I remember that move in DW3 with his 4th and the death element making his c6 a godly move.. good thing that godliness is there with every attack in c6-rush having elements on them xD. (Agi+Bolt+Slay+might+Flash+brave+Multi) (Might try adding ice as well)

Also, I like how Ginchiyo has 2 useful moves that have cross-up-ability.. Like her r1 and her c5..

Also, Orochi has probably the silliest way to kill any officer with his jumping normal... hop blast infinite loop FTFMW! xD

Though it is not the fastest way to defeat an officer, it sure is fun to do.

Team: Ginchiyo Tachibana, Sun Jian & Yuan Shao

Buff the team attack with Yuan Shao, activate 10sec musou with Sun Jian, then switch to Ginchiyo for R1 spamming fun :D

Alternatively, you could switch Yuan Shao for Diao Chan to reduce the amount of musou used for Ginchiyo's R1 OR Hideyoshi to speed her up a bit.

With Yuan Shao's R1 buff though, the enemy officers disappear very quickly, especially when the R1 crosses them up. 1-2 hit KO usually.

Team: Orochi, Cao Cao, and Okuni

My method: quickly switch to Cao Cao and use his R1 (in which the team's attack and defense powers are doubled,) and then quickly switch to Okuni and use her R1 (team members' attack doubles,) then switch back to Orochi, run up to any officer and simply press his C1 once. The result (depending on difficulty) can be a one-hit KO on the generic officers (because by then Orochi's attack power has been multiplied by 4 times.) Grabbing a war axe makes it even crazier (the attack power is multiplied by, I dunno, 8x?) I remember I killed Lu Bu and Da Ji each with one-hit with this method at Koshi Castle on hard.

Try this exact same method, but replace Okuni with Yuan Shao ... I guarantee you that the damage output is 2x higher than what you experienced ;)

It has to do with Yuan Shao's damage multiplier since it is based on the health of your team. The higher the health, the higher the attack boost.

Using Honda Tadakatsu, Yuan Shao and Cao Cao with 3x the attack power (no axe) he can 1-hit KO a unique officer with his R1 (I did it against SSX @ Shu 5-X on Chaos, Masamune took 2 hits ;) )

I'm gonna go out on a limb here folks and say of all people...

ZHEN JI
Needs no buffs or anything.
bolt, flash, slay, brave, drain, multi, agility, might
C4 takes generics in one go on chaos, hyper Lu Bu/Tadakatsu fall in 2.

Agreed with that I do, maybe not over everyone else though ... I am assuming of course that the Boost & Potence Abilities are also equipped with that setup since I have the same results with her ;)
