For me it's a 4-way tie between Mitsuhide Akechi,Mitsunari Ishida, Masamune Date and Yukimura Sanada. But If I had to go the most played between all the SW games it's Mitsuhide. He also had the best story in SW1 (the bottom route not the top route I never really liked his relationship with Ranmaru). His conflict with Nobunaga in the bottom route was simply awesome which led to in my mind the best SW ending if not the best ending that Koei ever did. With Yukimura's SW Main ending following behind that too was very epic. Edited by GeeMac32bit, Aug 7 2009, 03:17 AM.

And his story is one seriously one of the best out there.

She became my favorite character the first time I encountered her on the battlefield. I was playing as Mitsuhide, another of my favorite characters, on one of his earlier levels, and was completely taken aback when this elegant and seemingly helpless, unarmed beauty in a majestic purple kimono came charging at me head-on. She was so stunning that I really forgot that I was in a Warriors game and just walked right up to her, expecting some sort of cut-scene conversation to ensue. Needless to say, I got clobbered by her hidden claws. From then on she became my absolute favorite character in the entirety of the Koei Warriors franchises. Unlike Zhen Ji, she didn�t seem to be a loose tart, but more of a sadistic yet charmingly flirtatious deadly vixen who used her beauty to lure her enemies into her lethal traps. Above all, however, she was venomous and ruthless. I also have great affection for many of the other character in the Samurai Warriors series, including: Mitsuhide, Magoichi, Okuni, Hanzo, Kotaro, Nagamasa, Kojiro, Motochika, and Mistunari.

I picked Ishida Mitsunari, but Tokugawa Ieyasu has my favorite moveset. I just like Mitsunari's attitude the best. My third choice would be Kunoichi from SW1 merely because of her witty remarks here and there. At first I thought Nene was cool, but when I actually saw her in-game I didn't really like her. They should bring back Kunoichi and just rename her Chiyome Mochizuki. im with i picked Mitsunari cause of his personality Mitsunari is the best lol but i didnt like Ieyasu i like his moves but thats it
	We must take it by force, pure and unadulterated , Thats is what I desire !!

But I also like Sanada Yukimura, especially in SW1 where he had the best ending in a Warriors game ever. Azai Nagamasa, Inahime, Tachibana Ginchiyo, Shibata Katsuie and Oichi are also fun because they are so fun to play with.

BY WAY ANYBOD KNOW THAT HIDEMITSU AKECHI'S COUSIN IS MITSUHIDE AND HIS NAME IS MITSUHIDE BACKWARDS LOL!!!!
