I always run out of enemies :rolleyes: I doubt this will help, but the highest I got yesterday was around 950. At that time they stopped coming out from the gates. In fact I don't think they even do anymore.

Actively Retired Posts: 4,125 Group: Members Member #7,393 Joined: May 17, 2007 Gender Male	I remember when playing SW2, if there were at least two enemy officers on the map, the soldiers would keep pouring out ... when you only had one left, they stopped coming out. This would happen to me playing stages like Sekigahara & Kusegawa/Tedorigawa ... I do have WO but I haven't gotten to Sengoku Stage 7 yet otherwise I'd confirm this myself to see if it works.

The only problem later on is that nobutada oda is always trying to attack the enemies all by himself, where he could die.

Posts: 3,650 Group: Members Member #4,250 Joined: November 19, 2006	On stage 7 of each story, these tasks need completion: Shu: Escape the burning castle within two minutes of it beginning to burn (Any allies inside need to leave as well) Wei: Eliminate Da Ji within a minute of her betrayal. Wu: Rescue Sun Jian and Sun Quan within three minutes of the stage beginning. Samurai: Kill 1000.

Sergeant Posts: 23 Group: Members Member #6,408 Joined: March 29, 2007	For 1000 KO at Wu Zhang Plains, play it on normal (or hard) and make sure that either Shingen or Kenshin (or both) die. If that happens, there will be a drop in morale (for yall) and more troops for you to kill. You can also make sure that only you and your commanding officer (either Nobunaga or Nobutada) live (meaning ditch your other allys... other then your main camp of course) I guess that is all the advice that I can give for that level.
	Because I CAN Mah Boy, this is what all Wu warriors strive for!

Also, do not touch Keiji, let him live as long as possible. Don't go near him and flee from him if he chases you. As long as Keiji and Masamune Date are alive, the gate in the central garrison (where Keiji comes out from) will keep spawning soldiers. You can easily get up to 600-700 kills by hanging around this area. When your commander, Shingen, or Kenshin reach the bottom half of the map, Masamune and later Da Ji will summon reinforcements. You can sweep up the rest of the enemies then. I unlocked SW 8-X on easy, so it can be done. Just be careful that on easier levels, the commander will can easily die once he reaches the bottom half of the map where Masamune is. Watch his health carefully!

Leave all the generals alive and kill what's around, and also leave the guard captains alone as well. Start picking off generals 1 by 1 after you get around 950 kills. Protect Oda when he is in need. After the stage as ellapsed a while, more ambushes and troops will appear. I did this in easy. (15-17mins) There are better and shorter methods but that's just my way.

Clear the preceding main story & side story stages. The only -X stages that have certain requirements are the 8-X stages. All other stages are unlocked automatically after you play the preceding main & side story stages.

Lulz.. still there are people saying Keiji commands those endlessly dying troops... MASAMUNE DATE commands those endlessly spawning troops from that fort, not Keiji. as long as Masamune tells Keiji to charge, beating him will not stop the endless spawning soldiers... Beating the crap out of Masamune WILL STOP the infinite spawning soldiers... I've done this before and kept the important officers (Nobunaga, Shingen, Uesigi, and Kanetsugu) alive... and beating Keiji gives you an advantage by keeping the enemy overall morale lower...

Requirements: In 3min, rescue the Sun Family (Sun Jian and Sun Quan) - Use a fast character like Hanzo or equip Cavalier 10 (not needed) - From starting position, head South - Defeat the officer in the southeastern garrison as quickly as possible - Head west after the gate opens, cross the bridge and defeat the next officer in the south-central garrison - Proceed through the gate once it opens & head straight for the Sun family using the Southern path - Defeat all enemy officers in the garrison fighting against the Suns to trigger a cutscene (will trigger if done correctly within 3min) KEY POINT: Pause while people are talking! Very important since a lot of time is wasted on speech <_< I did this using Hanzo Hattori, Sun Ce & Ieyasu Tokugawa (not sure if having Sun Ce on the team makes a difference or not). Hope this info helps
